Excellent beverage service robot solutions with Navia Robotics: A soda fountain machine is limited to dispensing soda syrup, which are full of artificial flavors and high fructose corn syrup. They can only handle low viscosity syrups of around 20 centipoise (cps). DrinkBot Pro can handle juice purées, plant based milk concentrates, natural cane sugar syrup and honey up to a thousand times thicker, with viscosity values over 10000 centipose (cps). No other beverage dispenser on the market has the capability to dispense such concentrates, and only DrinkBot Pro utilize values with two liquid tubing lines per ingredient to regularly flush out the syrups for cleaning and maintenance. Vacuum 40 is made of durable, yet, environmentally friendly recyclable materials. It utilizes LiFePO4 batteries with long lifespan of over 2,000 charge/discharge cycles. Both the sanitizing atomizer and the scenting atomizer in the optional diffuser kit feature an ultra long lifespan, lasting 5,000 hours and 8,000 hours respectively. Phantas is the ultimate commercial floor cleaning robot compactly designed specifically for smaller footprints with its unique ability to reach under tables and desks with its lower profile. Driven by deep learning AI algorithms and an advanced sensor suite, including LIDAR, 3D depth cameras, anti-drop sensors and collision sensors, it can handle dynamic environments and adjust its path on the fly to ensure there aren’t any missed spots when cleaning. Class leading productivity with a speed of up to 7,500ft² per hour, it scrubs, it sweeps, it mops and vacuums all in a tiny package.
BellaBot comes with four large trays that can each accommodate two typical dinner plates, or one large specialty plate. With a capacity of 22.5lbs per tray, one trip with BellaBot can carry loads that would take 2 to 4 workers to carry over, how’s that for efficiency? All the while, it can deliver them carefully with the advanced built-in wheel suspension that allows it to glide over small bumps and cracks on the floor. BellaBot features the most advanced sensor package on the market today, with several optical infrared cameras, four IR illuminators, a LIDAR sensor and bump sensors to avoid obstacles and ensure it never gets lost unlike the majority of other robots out there. There are even four motion sensors on each of the four trays to determine if the food on a given tray has been emptied…it is intelligent enough to go to the next table when the tray is emptied without any human interaction.
Navia Robotics spends considerable time and money investing in research and development for core positioning and navigation technologies for our robotic systems. We partner with top technology companies around the world to develop accurate positioning systems and sensors and have expertise in both LIDAR and visual imaging systems and utilize our own advanced algorithms for simultaneous localization and mapping. Our latest BellaBot is the first in the service robot industry to utilize both LIDAR and visual SLAM systems for accurate positioning and repeatability, one of the most important aspects of a service robot’s capabilities.
HolaBot comes with a paging function, a watch sized device to automatically page the robot to your location to save time by not having to track down the robot when you need it. Just wave your hand above the sensor on the top of the HolaBot unit to have the robot return to its base. No need to touch the return button if your hands are wet or dirty. Voice Recognition: Simply call out “Hola Hola” and the HolaBot robot will turn around upon arrival for easy loading and unloading.
BellaBot was made with form and function in mind, with flowing curves and sharp edges in all the right places. The ergonomics are designed for easy human interaction, including screen tilt angle, device height and easily accessible trays. BellaBot is equipped with multiple sensors that sense the surrounding in both 2D and 3D, all in a compact modular chassis. It can stop immediately when an obstacle is detected and comes with an advanced suspension system to prevent items on the trays from tipping over. We’ve had the gracious opportunity to deploy numerous KettyBot units in the field and get feedback from many different restaurants on what the saw as the best case use scenarios for the KettyBot in their establishments. As the carrying capacity of the KettyBot is a bit on the smallish side, it’s ideal for smaller restaurants and cafes to use it for delivering food to tables and fit in tighter aisles, but for larger establishments, the KettyBot’s tray dimensions are usually a limiting factor. On the other hand, it has a large screen up front to display pictures and videos of the latest dishes and to promote upcoming events and sales, so larger restaurant owners have taken it upon themselves to try out the KettyBot to take patrons to their tables.
Billboard on Wheels: KettyBot features a large 18.5″ display right at the front and center of the robot to catch your customer’s attention. The display can show promotional materials in customized zones, providing an eye-catching approach to marketing. It’s literally a billboard on wheels! KettyBot features built in AI voice integration, allowing it to intelligently greet guests and interact with passing customers. It’s cute, it’s eye-catching, it naturally attracts attention without being pushy!
Easy tray identification; LIDAR Positioning: New generation laser based mapping system; High Fidelty Speakers: Clear audio with powerful 2 x 30w speakers; Visual Positioning: Accompanies LIDAR mapping, Aerospace grade alloy provides rigidity and strength, 3D vision sensors for robustness. Suspension System: Avoid spills on rough patches or abrupt stops. Laser and visual combination SLAM system based on LIDAR sensor, cameras and UWB location tracker ensures redundancy in accurate robot positioning.
